We always recommend fitting a water softener to your dishwasher. A water softener will prolong the life of the machine by stopping impurities and limescale from entering the glass washer, it will also deliver a clearer, brighter, dishes to your customer. Break downs caused by limescale build up are not covered under the terms of your warranty and may result in a charge for a non-warranty call.
